Served as part of a recruiting team that met the challenge of recruiting, interviewing and hiring 1500 people in nine days to populate a FEMA call centers.

Global Call Center Logistics

Researched the logistics to identify the best available call centers locations in various countries for a national telecommunications corporation. Resulted in the successful establishment two call centers, one in Costa Rica and another in Puerto Rico.

Large-scale Engineer Placements for National Telecom Providers in Multiple States

Worked with Verizon and AT&T operations on the West Coast and in Florida to execute the staffing of engineers who provide design and engineering for FIOS implementations and maintenance of cell sites. Recruited and staffed up to 60 engineers on the West Coast and 70 in Florida. Both recruiting and staffing efforts were time critical and required a diligent effort.

Global Order Management Team

Successfully provided multiple contractors as needed on two key projects including a project manager and business system analyst as well as a QA and programmer resources for a deferred revenue project.
